Why Follow Jesus?
“God Loves You,” is a fact.
Yes YOU, just as you are. His love is endless and unconditional. Even if we make what seems to be a great big humongous mess of things, he still loves us. Why, because we are his children.
The love of God is shown through his son Jesus, also called Jesus the Christ. The name Jesus comes from the Hebrew Jehoshua, meaning “Jehovah saves.”
The bible teaches that Jesus is our Savior (Matthew 1:21). We call Jesus our Savior because he took our place on the cross, bearing upon Him all the consequences of sin. The good news is that He rose unto life again, offering us fulfillment and eternal life.
What does this mean?
Jesus offers us salvation, a personal relationship with Him. Through faith in Jesus, we can experience God’s peace, love, Joy and acceptance every day.
Following Jesus is a life choice.
Make that decision to accept Jesus into your life and experience His love. You don’t have to walk alone, there’s help every step of the way.
